1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, located in a licensed U.S. jurisdiction, and not on any self-exclusion list to use Game Vault 999.

2. Account

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain a single account, and complete KYC verification before withdrawal. We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit $10. Minimum withdrawal $50. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes on supported rails after KYC clearance. Daily/weekly limits apply per VIP tier.

4. Bonuses

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 25x slots, 50x fish). Bonus abuse, low-risk hedging, or multiple bonus stacking will result in bonus and winnings forfeiture.

5. Fair Play

All games use independently certified RNGs. Cheating, collusion, exploiting bugs, or use of unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Taxes

U.S. winnings may be reportable on IRS Form W-2G or 1099. Players are responsible for their own tax obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, our liability is limited to your account balance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing state. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.
