How to Reach Each VIP Tier
VIP tier is calculated on total lifetime deposits. There are no points to track — your tier updates automatically as your deposit history grows.
Bronze — Starting Tier

How Weekly Cashback Works
Cashback is calculated on your net losses for the week (Monday to Sunday) and paid automatically every Monday at 8 AM EST. You do not need to request it — it is applied to your account without any action on your part.
For example, if you are a Gold member and your net loss for the week is $300, you receive $30 in cashback (10% rate) on Monday morning. That $30 is available as soon as it posts — no strings attached.
Minimum cashback payout is $5. If your cashback calculation is below $5 for any given week, it rolls over and is added to next week's calculation.

How quickly do I move up a VIP tier?
Tier upgrades are processed within 24 hours of your cumulative deposits reaching the required threshold. Your account manager or support team will notify you when your tier has been upgraded and apply the upgrade bonus immediately.
Can my VIP tier be downgraded?
No — tiers are based on lifetime total deposits, which can only increase over time. Once you reach a tier, it is permanent. Diamond status is additionally guaranteed to never be revoked except in cases of account violation.
Do withdrawals count toward VIP deposit totals?
No — only deposits count toward VIP tier advancement. Withdrawals do not affect your tier total. You keep all your tier benefits regardless of how much you withdraw.
What is the birthday bonus for Silver and above?
The birthday bonus equals 100% of your average weekly deposit amount, capped at $300 for Silver/Gold, $500 for Platinum, and uncapped for Diamond. Confirm your date of birth with your agent at least 7 days before your birthday to ensure timely delivery.
How do I get invited to Diamond tier?
Diamond invitations are extended by our VIP team based on long-term activity, account standing, and community contributions. There is no set deposit threshold — it is a relationship-based designation. Platinum members who have been active for 6+ months are considered first.
